Red Star Active Dry Yeast 16 oz (1 pound) size

Directions

To use Red Star active dry yeast, first activate it by mixing with warm water (105°F - 115°F) and a pinch of sugar. Let sit for 5-10 minutes or until the yeast starts to foam. Once activated, you can in your recipe as directed. For bread machines, add ingredients first, then liquids. hand stand mixers, dissolve liquids before adding ingredients.
