2) Preheat fryingpan and grease lightly

VEGAN FRENCH TOAST WITH STRAWBERRIES
Ingredients: 50g Vegan Easy Eggs 250ml water 3 tsp olive oil 6 slices gluten free bread fresh strawberries, sliced maple syrup
1. Combine the vegan eggs ingredients and whisk. Prepare a large frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil or coconut oil. 2. Dip each slice of gf bread into the vegan egg mixture and place into a heated frying pan. Over medium heat fry each side until golden brown. 3. Serve immediately onto plates and top with fresh strawberries and a good drizzle of maple syrup.
